Why LiftLogic and why the change to go out on your own?
LiftLogic Advising was born out of a realization — the roles I’d held in the elevator industry, while valuable, weren’t going to take my career in the direction I envisioned. Every position I’ve had gave me new tools, refined my skills, and broadened my knowledge, but ultimately, I wanted to make a bigger impact.
With LiftLogic Advising, I can support multiple elevator suppliers in the work I do best: strategic sales, building structure for sustainable growth, and aligning products and services with clear, effective messaging and initiatives that connect with the right customers.
The flexibility of owning my own company means I can serve as a Fractional Director, overseeing multiple facets of a client’s business, or focus solely on targeted areas that need growth. Whether I’m deeply involved or working in a more focused capacity, my clients still benefit from the industry relationships, resources, and insights I’ve built over the years.
Ultimately, I wake up excited each day because I get to do work I love—helping people and companies thrive in an industry I believe in.
What excites you about working with the FabACab team?
THE BIG ENERGY! (And yes, I really mean it!) FabACab has a unique culture—you can hear the laughter and see the passion from across the tradeshow floor. I had known a few team members before, but now that I’ve seen the full “Fab Family” in action, I can say the positivity and drive they bring is contagious.
Josh has the heart, vision, and determination to take this company anywhere they want to go. Being part of this chapter—where they’re embracing growth and changes feel exciting and exactly right. The timing couldn’t have been better.
How are you helping FabACab grow?
FabACab is already well-known in the industry and positioned to expand. My role is to help channel that momentum in the most impactful way possible. Drawing on my background in business management, sales leadership, and strategic planning, I work alongside their team to develop targeted approaches, strengthen sales support, and put a structure in place that fuels expansion while keeping internal processes efficient.
In short, I serve as a Fractional Director of Sales—creating and guiding new initiatives, setting measurable goals, and shaping the roadmap for the sales department’s future.
Are you open to helping other (NON-INTERIOR) companies grow?
Absolutely! Alongside my work with FabACab, I’ve been working closely with the Alliance Elevator Solutions team and have supported other companies on internal, growth-focused projects. By early to mid-spring, I plan to take on my next client.
If you’re reading this and wondering how your company could grow with the right strategy and structure in place—I’d be happy to have that conversation!
Will we get to see you at upcoming events?
Yes! I’ll be at the Spring 2026 NAEC and look forward to seeing everyone!
