FabACab is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to help us bring custom-designed elevator interiors to life—beautifully and flawlessly.

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our Territory Sales Representatives, valued customers, and our internal production teams. Your mission? Ensure that every project transitions smoothly from signed approval drawings to a finished product with precision, professionalism, and a dash of FabACab flair.

You’ll work closely with 2–3 Territory Sales Reps, taking the baton after the sale and managing each job’s journey into production—making sure no detail is missed, no update is delayed, and every experience feels seamless for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate sold projects from sales handoff through production.

• Verify and organize job documentation to ensure accuracy before production begins.

• Be the go-to communicator—liaising with customers to confirm specs, gather approvals, and keep them informed.

• Proactively track project progress and resolve issues as they arise.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to deliver top-notch results.

• Keep our internal systems updated with milestones and project status.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience—always responsive, always solutions-focused.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary of $44,000

• Performance-based bonus plan
