FabACab has clients all over the country, and for one recent project we went down to Orlando, Florida. The Vue at Lake Eola is a modern condominium association with 376 units that was looking for a sleek and easy look to enhance their elevators. We were the perfect match for the job!
Meet the Client: The Vue in Downtown Orlando
With about 1,200 people in the building, the elevators at The Vue are used 24/7. The board knew that they needed to pick selections that would stand up to the traffic and still be beautiful enough to meet the expectations of residents.
Entering the design phase, the client knew the budget was the biggest concern. Fortunately, at FabACab we can accommodate a range of price points. The final design met their dream look while still remaining in the budget.
What FabACab Delivered
FabACab flew in for the initial design session. We brought a ton of samples to show the board and let the owners decide what they thought would be best. We helped pick the selections for a modern, luxury look they wanted—even on a budget.
Part of the job was to consider the traffic patterns for the busy building. We reviewed the different laminates and metal finishes to find the right finish and narrow down the selections. The final design rendering did a great job highlighting the colors and the metal the client selected. They even put the design on the monitors in the elevator to let residents know what was coming down the line for the new installation.
Communication with their FabACab rep was spot-on for the client too. They say the rep was always available via email, phone call, and even text messaging. That just makes for smooth sailing from start to finish.
Once the installation was complete, people ended up going by the office to say that they loved the final design. This was such a great end result for the client! The board received a series of compliments, making the whole experience that much better.
